Abstract

Progress in aggregate production is continuous, with modern monitoring and control technologies playing a key role. Optimization and automation enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety. Automation is essential for the further development and competitiveness of the industry.

In the article, the authors describe research, experiences, and solutions in implementing automation on a specific technological line that has undergone modernization in the aggregate industry. The goal was to increase performance, reliability, and production safety while simultaneously reducing environmental impact.
